Cartagena de Indias

Declared by UNESCO World Heritage Historic Site in 1984, Cartagena de Indias adds to the charm of its colonial architecture, republican and modern attractions, a vibrant nightlife, cultural festivals, lush landscapes, gorgeous beaches, excellent cuisine and an important tourist infrastructure.

It is pleasant to walk the streets and see colonial buildings, whose charm attracts thousands of tourists and onlookers each year: the Palace of the Inquisition, the Clock Tower, and the Castle of San Felipe de Barajas, besides enjoying the breeze warm and quiet from its parks and plazas.

The area of Bocagrande presents to the traveler a modern cosmopolitan Cartagena: hotels strategically located overlooking the ocean or bay view, large buildings with a more corporate approach, top restaurants and the architectural future of the city.
